HR Manager

Little Waltham and Great Notley surgeries are looking for a Human Resources Manager required for their busy two site GP practice. This role is offered on a part-time basis for 25 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.

Working alongside our Practice and Business Managers, the successful applicant would;

• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning, maintaining records including training, performance reviews, and sickness.
• Develop employee engagement across the practice and manage complex employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence issues, and redundancies.
• Provide guidance and support for HR personnel, ensuring HR compliance across the practice.
• Review and update practice protocols in line with current regulations.
