About the Role

Mount Farm Surgery is a dynamic, forward-thinking GP practice in Moreton Hall, Bury St Edmunds. Focused on delivering the best possible patient service, we are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible new team-member to join our reception team.

Joining a team of 8, the position is offered on a part-time basis for 26.75 hours per week, working the following shift pattern;

Mon: 07:45 - 14:00, Tues: 07:45 - 12:00, Wed: 07:45 - 13:00, Fri: 13:00 - 18:45, plus 5.25 hours per week which will be worked flexibly to fit the needs of the business - these hours will be confirmed at least 1 week in advance.

You may occasionally be required to work a Saturday morning, and voluntary overtime will also be available.

Please be aware that there is no flexibility regarding the shift patterns above.

About the Candidate

The successful applicant will have the following:

Excellent communication skills, with a patient-focussed attitude
A quick learner with good IT skills and excellent attention to detail
Helpful and friendly manner is essential, with the ability to work well with others

The successful applicant will be expected to pass a standard DBS check.
